Using the menu Tools 
Mid
between two points it
is possible to specify the midpoint between any two points.
To
specify a point, select this option and then click on the two points the midpoint
between which is required. The midpoint will be the result.
It
is possible to use the object snap for the two points.
You can also use the Contextual menu opened by the right mouse button
