How to transform small segment in polyline arcs  

1. Click on the menu Modify  Polylines operations...  Polyline: convert little adjacent segments to arcs
2. Select the objects to be converted, then press ENTER.
3. Specify if to only convert polylines or other elements as well (e.g. splines) and, as an option, the maximum acceptable tolerance.
4. Press ENTER.

A message will display the result of the operation.

Here is an example of a polyline formed by many small segments  (117 of them):

and the result of this command which produced a polyline  of 21 arcs.
