How to insert a block from a Parts library

1. From the Insert menu, select Block from a Part Library

   

2. Open the required Part library from the folders list.
3. In "Parts included in the selected library" click on the required icon
4. Set the required scales and rotation or ask for their definition when inserting
5. Exit this dialog pressing OK and insert the reference to the block in the current drawing, clicking in the required point.
