How to create islands of an existing region using inner points 

1. Click on the menu Draw  Region Add Island by inner point.
2. Select the region to which the island needs to be added. 
3. Specify a point inside the island to be added, near its border.
   A message on the command line will show the result of the operation.

4. Exit using ESC or ENTER or else select the objects defining an other island.

It is also possible to specify a tolerance to join the endpoints when they are not perfectly coinciding.

The surrounding elements are NOT converted in Region.
