It inclines objects on an free axis (constant area)

 Modify toolbar: 

  Menu : Modify Shear axis... Shear  a specified axis (assonometric) 

 Command line:  SHEAR_A

 

  1. Click on the menu Modify Shear axis... Shear  a specified axis (assonometric) 
  2. Select the objects to shear and press ENTER
  3. Specify two points on the specified axis.
  4. Specify the shear angle or a reference shear point.
